Product Availability and Substitution
We reserve the right to make substitutions. The items in our catalog tend to be available year-round in
our exclusive delivery area (greater Los Angeles), but flowers are a perishable product and are always
subject to fluctuations in supply.
If you order flowers sent ourside our exclusive delivery area, these fluctuations in supply can be more drastic. As a result,
florists generally reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary. In these cases, we try to preserve the general look and
feel of your order. Some florists outside our exclusive delivery area do not carry our selection of nonperishable items (i.e. vases, baskets),
but they usually carry something similar and do their best to match the items pictured on our website.
We allow you to make comments to the designer when you place your order. The designer will take your comments into account if any
substitutions need to be made.
