Items shown in the catalog are generally available on a year-round basis. Due to seasonal and regional environments, the availability of some flowers or colors may be limited in certain locations. It is therefore possible that the exact catalog choice pictured or requested may not be available.
In the event that a substitution is necessary, the florist used to fill your order will deliver a second choice of a similar item of equal value and beauty appropriate to the occasion of your order. Every effort will be made for us to maintain size, shape and overall color scheme on floral pieces, but some variance may occur due to interpretation of the floral artist. In single variety arrangements, variety will take precedence over color.
